For the Customer Support team at DAF in Eindhoven, we are immediately looking for a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist.
What will you do? As a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist, you are a crucial link in the support process. Your main responsibility is to proactively follow up with dealers by phone regarding open 'incident cases'. You will ensure correct follow-up and clear communication.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for a colleague who meets the following criteria:
- You possess strong communication skills and are service-oriented.
- You are multilingual and, in addition to Dutch and English, you also speak Italian and | or Spanish and, preferably, other languages, such as French and German.
- Preferably, you have a previous work experience in a the role of customer service specialist, and within the technical (automotive) industry
